WHO IS ?

In 1967, when Sezgin Burak (1935-1978) started his famous script Tarkan, with extraordinary images and exciting historical stories , an extraordinary sociological phenomenon happened in Turkey, TARKAN became an admired name by the parents of the new born Turkish boys.  (e.g. A pop singer)

During his short life time Sezgin Burak (1967-1978) had draw 2458 pages of Tarkan (18 stories, 21 episodes)  And, on the other hand, he was also drawing another his own daily comic scripts "Bizimkiler" (1964-1978).

The hero TARKAN became so famous and admired that 5 movies had been produced between 1969 and 1972. Those are still shown on Turkey's leading international TV channels; STAR-TV, SHOW TV and KANAL-D, for the last 12 years during the period in which many private TV-Channels established in Turkey.
